The McMinnville Center for the Arts—MECA—is located three blocks from 3rd street in the McMinnville Historic District. MECA combines art and music, prose and poetry, and will be a center of collaborative art. The 1850 sq. foot-gallery houses over 30 artists from Oregon and around the country. We offer a diverse collection of visual art paired with a live stage, spacious atmosphere, classroom and wine tasting.
The gallery is owned and operated by local business owners, Mick and Holli Wagner, of Stay McMinnville LLC. Our belief is that art is essential to our common existence, and providing a space for our guests to be submerged in art will be the key focus.
MECA is a space designed to be an addition our city needs to help raise McMinnville's artistic credibility to the next level. MECA is a space where McMinnville’s greatest minds will gather, where groups of artists will find representation, and where speakers, companies and performers from all over will find a place to hold their events.
